Kim Kardashian, 34, recently revealed what she eats to keep her curvy body in good condition. It turned out, she changes her food intake every 10 days.
Kim and her husband Kanye West, 38, work with a nutritionist who comes up with a meal plan for the pair of them.
She wake up around 6 o’clock, and start her workouts, that are usually take her about an hour. Running on the trails around her LA home takes about 35 minutes, then she’s working on her legs or abs at their home gym.
Kim and Kanye have a chef who comes in the morning and cooks breakfast for both of them and gets their meal plans together for the day.
Usually she eats scrambled eggs or oatmeal, or a protein shake with fruit. Kim also prefers to have the chef make her lunch because it will be healthier.
Lately it’s been fish or chicken with vegetables. Kim also enjoys an iced tea drink with a 3 Equals and Justin’s peanut butter packs in the afternoons.
She also trained herself to have just one iced tea a week, one coffee a month and try to drink more pure water.
For dinner, she often has fish or chicken and vegetables, just like for lunch.
