Like everything, Lady Gaga is now putting her own stamp on horror. Heading to the Hollywood set for American Horror Story: Hotel once again on Thursday, the platinum pop princess flashed her flesh-colored underwear as she stripped down to a racy scarlet red open skirt and crop top.
The 29-year-old is making her acting debut, but will surely not be forgotten as she adds her signature eclectic and sometimes a bit scary style to the part of ‘wealthy social doyenne,’ The Countess.
Balancing cleverly, Gaga couldn’t be missed in clear perspex skyscraper heels as she headed to the set with the crew in her shadow. The acting part in which she runs the fictional downtown Los Angeles inn, the Hotel Cortez is just another opportunity for the chart topper to express herself.
It’s a part that creator Ryan Murphy has called ‘consumed with art, fashion and people’ in a similar style to Lady Gaga herself. And though the blonde is known to feature in the first episode of Season 5, it’s expected that her part will stretch out across the series.
The musician has previously featured in cameos in Machete Kills, Sin City: A Dame to Kill For and Muppets Most Wanted but is thought to have approached Ryan Murphy directly to obtain this part.
And it might possibly be the best fit for the queen of eccentricity. She took to Twitter on Thursday to say: ‘I’m so proud to be a part of such a talented group of friends. Thank u for welcoming me into your family of absurdity.’
